Collection of your wedding cake
Wedding cakes that are travelling far distances can be collected from the bakery and transported by the client. Please remember to discuss this at your consultation and cake tasting. There will be an additional charge if you opt to collect your wedding cake, this will be for cake boxes and non-slip matting. The collection vehicle should have a flat surface and cannot be transported without air-conditioning or in direct sunlight. A collection note will need to be signed upon collection. Please note that Baker Boys Confectionery will not be held liable for any damage to the cake once the cake has left the bakery. Additional information is in our terms & conditions.
Delivery of your wedding cake
Due to the delicate nature of the sugar craft on your wedding cake, we personally prefer to deliver and set-up your wedding cake at the wedding venue. We usually deliver your wedding cake the day of your wedding and will arrange a time with your wedding venue. The cost of delivery and set-up is venue location specific and will be included in your wedding cake quote.
