Wedding cakes, cupcakes, and favours are freshly baked to order using the very best ingredients such as real butter, free range eggs, Madagascan vanilla, Belgium Cocoa & chocolate, and handmade local preserves. Sponge cakes are layered with heavenly buttercream (Swiss, Italian), preserves or chocolate ganache.

Below are our most popular flavor combinations. If you have a favorite that you cannot see here, just ask and we will create them for you. Our brides may choose different flavours for each tier of their wedding cake.

MADAGASCAN VANILLA

A light traditional moist Victorian sponge made with Madagascan vanilla, sprinkled with a vanilla syrup, and filled with vanilla bean buttercream.

INTENSE CHOCOLATE BROWNIE

Our signature dense rich Belgium chocolate cake iced and layered with a chocolate buttercream.

SPICED PUMPKIN
Decadent smooth spiced pumpkin sponge with a rich cream cheese buttercream.

LIME & GINGER

A light ginger sponge with fresh ginger, coated in a smooth lime buttercream and lime syrup.

DECADENT CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT

Indulgent and rich Belgian chocolate mud cake with hazelnut cream, nuts, and filled with a smooth hazelnut praline buttercream.

ITALIAN NOUGAT

Soft Italian nougat sponge with roasted almond and pistachio nuts, honey, and chopped candied fruit, smothered in a creamy vanilla bean buttercream.

ZESTY LEMON MERINGUE

Fragrant zesty lemon sponge made with fresh lemon zest, infused with a lemon drizzle and iced with a light lemon buttercream and tangy lemon curd.

An exquisite mid-rich fruit cake crammed with dried fruits, pecan nuts, walnuts, red cherries, sultanas, and soaked with premium brandy.

Due to availability of ingredients and change in seasons, some flavors may not be available all year-round. All our cakes are baked in a bakery environment where nuts and soya are present. We therefore cannot guarantee that our cakes will not contain trace amounts of these ingredients.
