Consultation & cake tasting

Cake tastings & consultations are by appointment only. Appointments can be made online - Click here, or by email as per our contacts page. The consultation will be conducted by one of our talented and qualified pastry chefs. Please bring along any colour samples, invitations, portion sizes, pictures, and theme ideas so we can plan your wedding cake to fit perfectly with your big day.
The cost of the cake tasting & consult is R650.00 for the bride and groom. Additional family members may attend at an additional fee. If you are unable to attend the tasting/consult, you are welcome to order a tasting box online for collection at R500.00.
The consultation and tasting will include
- Tea/coffee/water
- Wedding details (venue, delivery, times, etc)
- Discuss colour schemes, design elements, themes, etc
- Cake tasting and choice of cake flavours. At the tasting you will get the opportunity to taste 8 of our most popular cake flavours.
- Discuss cake topper options (lazer-cut initials, wording, etc)
- Wedding favours (type of favours and packaging)
- Cake stand rental and any other requirements
* Traditional fruit cake will not be available as a taster at the consult/tasting
* Gluten, dairy and egg free cakes are not available as a taster at the consult/tasting
